Refund policy

At CherryNox, we value your trust and satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The seal or protective wrapping has not been broken.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or invoice) is provided.

Due to the nature of our health supplements, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used products for health and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return does not meet our conditions, the item will be returned to you at your own cost.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at hi@cherrynox.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.

4. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact hi@cherrynox.com to receive the return address and authorisation.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our
